3% of each order will be donated to the PM relief fund and extra 2% of each order will be donated to the families of our craftsmen working with us.
Can I place the order?
Yes, you can place the order with us and it is a great time as you get all the products at an additional discount of 10% to the existing offers on the website.
You can only place a prepaid order at this time with us.
The usual discount of 5% will still be valid on prepaid orders and will be given over this 10%.
When will I get my order?
The products can only be shipped once the lockdown is released.
Can I track my past orders?
The real time tracking is affected by the lockdown and we are trying to provide as appropriate information on the order status as possible. But there were orders placed before the lockdown that are still in transit and we will only be able to provide correct status after the lockdown.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We at Swish Boss do not have a refund policy. Your orders can only be exchanged or store credits will be issued if you don’t wish to pick something else for now.These store credits can only be redeemed at www.swishboss.com
